Shipmates: The 2008 USCGC CAMPBELL ASSOCIATION REUNION in Branson, Mo. Flyer this web site is for is for your information and planning. (Posting soon) A seperate detailed registration form and brochure will be mailed to you shortly and will have instructions for you to forward a deposit, by check or credit card. It will contain detailed information on the Springfield/Branson Regional Airport (SGF) and airport shuttle services that will be provided, (you must call the 800# in advance with flight details). In addition, it will have a complete schedule of events and have information about the shows that we will see, museums, showboat Branson Belle dinner cruise and the Dinner Banquet. Most of your questions will be answered when you receive it and read the informantion and instructions. Titanic Museum
The World’s largest Titanic Museum Attraction, you’ll come to
know real passengers through their stories, personal memorabilia,
photos, cards and letters. Everything on display once belonged to
a Titanic passenger or crew member and were either taken off the
ship at the time of the sinking or were found floating in the debris
field. None of these rare items were recovered from the wreck site.

Showboat Branson Belle Early Dinner Cruise
Cast off the rope for a cruise, food, and show reminiscent of the
turn of the century steamboat, paddle wheel days. Board at the
White River Landing, then sit back and enjoy the production show
aboard the Showboat. Included also is a Memorial Service before
the dinner cruise.

Stonecastle Hotel (formerly Settle Inn)
Located on Green Mountain Drive in Branson, Missouri, the Settle Inn Resort
and Conference Center is one of Branson’s premier reunion friendly hotels.
The property has 300 guest rooms including whirlpool theme suites. Guests
can enjoy other amenities including indoor corridors, elevators, in room
coffee makers, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, 24 hour security,
continental breakfast, guest laundry, video arcade, outside gazebo and sun
decks, free local calls, restaurant, lounge, and indoor pool/spa. The hotel
features over 8250 square feet of conference and meeting space as well as hospitality rooms.

Reservations are to be made directly to Branson Grayline. *** NOTE: 50% of all rooms not reserved by 07/08/2008 will be released back to the hotel. Make your reservations NOW!

To Make Reservations: Fill out the enclosed Registration form and mail with deposit to: Branson Grayline, 155 Industrial Park Drive, Hollister, MO 65672, Registration Code 08052. If you have any questions, please call 1-800-542-6768, and ask for a reunion reservationist.
          NOTE: Deadline for reservations is August 08, 2008. Any late reservations made will be at a rate increased by $25 per person above the published flyer rate. Any reservations requested after this date will be made on an "if available" basis. Final payment deadline is August 08, 2008.

Reservations: Package price includes 4 nights lodging, all shows, attractions and meals and all applicable sales tax and gratuities listed in the Reunion Schedule, except those that are on own or optional. Price also includes motorcoach transportation to scheduled events where noted in agenda. Registration package price per person based on two people in a room is $399.00, one person in a room is $522.00, three people in a room $359.00 per person and four people in a room $339.00 per person.

Lodging: The nightly room rate is $75.00, including sales tax. This rate will be honored for early arrival and late departures of up to three (3) days prior to reunion and three (3) days following reunion. Registrations must be made through Branson Grayline to secure this rate and to ensure that your lodging is in the general area blocked for your reunion group.

Payments: A deposit of $50.00 per person is due when individual reservations are made. (Major credit cards accepted are: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.) If paid by check, payment must accompany the registration. If paid by credit card, balance will be charged on due date unless other form of payment has been received. The balance is due no later than August 08, 2008.

Cancellations/Refunds: All funds submitted, less $10.00 per person, are refundable up to ten (10) days prior to scheduled arrival. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after ten (10) days prior to scheduled arrival date.

NOTE: The airport is a 1 ½ hour scenic drive to Branson, MO.

Coments: Guys, I have three of us coming to the reunion and would like a fourth to share the room in Branson. The three are Jim Steffes(myself), Dave Hansen from Phoenix, and Randy Bartlett from Mass. We are non smokers and Dave and I are Navy Swiftboat vets and Randy is Coast Guard who served on Campbell in 1968. I lived aboard Owasco and am the author of Swift Boat Down, The Real Story of the Sinking of PCF-19, the incident involving Campbell in June 1968.
